The driver may have been fine but if its close to downtown or bars, I would assume some drunk person may have wandered out into the street and got hit. It happens every year.

I retract my statement about drunkenness. It was by a college but not in any major bar district. Would be interested in more details if the person crossed the street illegally and was hit. Then again, when the trooper was killed on the on ramp doing a traffic stop, there was no charges filed initially either.
Shit like this bothers me. I dont like waiting to hear who it was that was killed. I’ve had to many situations that I get calls/texts/told by parents that someone I know or family knows was involved with a crime, death, accident, health issue. Always leaves me in suspense which I dont care for. Dont know if anyone else feels the same?
