I’m hopping on a plane for NC Friday at 6:45am, dealer is picking me up at the airport at 10:20am, should be on my way back home by noon.

So all these extra hours consulting on top of my 40 hour a week job have finally paid off.

25k, have not seen it other than the 42 pictures on the dealer’s site, and about 30 minutes talking to the sales guy on the phone.

Yeah, I know, I’m nuts. 25k on a car I haven’t even seen. But:

  1. I test drove a couple of them, both 05’s, both 6 speeds.
  2. I’ve seen several Torrid red/black leather ones locally.
  3. It has 1640 miles, and a bumper to bumper warranty from GM for 3years/36000 miles.

Nope, I’m heading over to the WNY site right now to update my info. It’s an FS car right? I’ll be running the street tires for the last event, but should have my r-comps on by spring.

Hopefully tomorrow I can talk a co-worker into lending me his portable navi for the weekend.

If I was really crazy I’d go register for the FLR event Sunday, but I think I’ll have enough driving.
