Yes, but mch easier way to do it is re drill new holes in the pressure plate.
Though i wouldnt recomend either.
You dont want to be racing and have your clutch go through your bell housing, through the rusted floor pan, then through your legs.

Phillip is right. If anything I would want to go with a larger disk (250mm like SCC did) rather than smaller.
