That’s good. Is the bov open during idle?
And did ur intake have the vacuum lines deleted, like the emission shit.
My intake has some vacuum lines enough to run the egr and the fuel regulator. but the pair valve was removed. The new RC BOV leaks at idle and more so when the rpm builds this is one reason I am putting the heavier spring in it and will test it again. but at least it works better then the last one i had.
I’m 95 percent that that is the what the stalling is.
We will see again its not really stalling but its coming close. I have a feeling that is the problem too. I will test it tonight.
So I will put this forum to bed. After installing a stiffer spring I have only minor flutter at high boost from 5-10 psi otherwise the car runs great. The RPM dose dip to 500 rpm when coming to a stop but other then that it seems to be holding just fine.
So the fix was just a RC BOV with a stiff spring. Thanks for all the help Nismo240sx.
Hey, clutch, would like to checkout your turbo setup sometime.
no problem bro, have fun!
Sure man I’m around most weekends.
Ya bro lemme no. My KAT popped so I went to sr
how did you pop your KA? What were you running?
I just have a SR setup so roughly 230 HP give or take so my main worry is the rings at WOT.

Ran a bad tune. Fuel got into the ring glands and detonated them to peices
I remember that build that was a beautiful build. Sad to hear it popped. Hopefully mine wont have the same problem.
If your bov opens below 3psi put some kind of air filter on it because it’s going to suck in unmetered dirty air
Thing to remember with KATs is just to obey the bottom end limitations. The rings get weak when u have boost. The rings will always be 95% to go first. But for this not to happen you need a really great tune. Tune is everything. But if it pops just buy another lol 300 bucks
