Now I just need to install the back splash & I will be finished

wow, looks good. only think i would have done different is a brushed faucet to match everything else. the chrome seems kind of out of place. great job though.

Wayyy better.

NICEEEEE

who thought of that fridge and stove setup?

Looks good man, congrats!

You sir, have GREAT taste.

Now do mine!

very nicee

did you do the work or pay someone for the kitchen?

the laminate floor need room for the temp/humidity changes, need to float and not be under the cabs. Really should be 1/4 3/8th short around the perimeter. And cover the gap with shoe, that island/hutch thing isn’t going to help. That might be a problem unless the house isn’t drafty, I see outside walls, whats under the kitchen, is it finished living space? Did you put it down before you turned the furnaces on this year?

I’m with you, the fridge is going to have to work extra hard to deal with the heat.

Frigging nice. great work.

mis-matched butcher block island FTMFW

i am doing the same thing

My fridge and stove are set up the same way, a lot of houses are like that. It’s not like the stove is on 24/7 and fridges are well insulated.

Very nice work, great taste.

weird, a double post using quick reply…

my fridge and stove is the same way also. looks very nice.

I agree. I kept it because I just bought it after the floor was installed.

The old fridge was located were the double pantry’s are but I bought a new LG and was to big to fit where the old fridge was. After mapping out where the new cabinets are being placed I really had no choice but to place the fridge where it is now because it would not fit in it original spot. I also could not move any further to away from the stove because there is a window there and I just installed pella windows.

I did it myself for the first time. The house is completely foam/insulated: walls, basement joist, basement perimeter and the attic by energysmart (drafts shouldn’t be a problem.) I just had a Lennox furnance installed so air control has not been a problem either. So far with the weather changes, I haven’t had a problem with the floor.

Nice material choices, they go together well.

X…

Looks excellent are those Grossman’s cabinets?

looks nice. great work

you actually live a few houses down from me. Did you recently buy the place? I havn’t noticed your car around very long. Either way, car looks real nice as well
