Oh how wrong you are my boy. Whenever something gets shot in TO, unless its a major, and i mean major motion pic, you will have a cop at either end of the street blocking traffic. Basically to keep people out of shots. However. In most cases the “star” trailers, and equipment trailers are not in that “restricted” area. Not all of em anyway.

From the looks of what was going on it wasnt a movie shoot but rather some sort of PR event. However the only thing that seems to be fake about it is that traffic started flowing shortly after the car was jacked. Either than that it seems legit.
