Lol I’m stuck at 840 due to class restrictions and sponsorship agreements.
Biggest I can go is 785. Any bigger and I’ll have to stroke and open up the cases for bigger sleeves
Did some leds, to my buddy’s wife’s sled. Getting them to stick was tricky in the cold. 
We have had this 05 trx 450 around forever. It was brought to me assembled and not running. While kicking it over the no link rear shock blew apart and puked oil all over the floor. Ditched that swingarm and shock. Swapping in 09 rear shock, swing arm and axle. Anyway After finding a bunch or carb issues and a valve adjustment I got it to fire, ticking really loud. Well in about 15 seconds it dropped a valve. Actually cracked the jug, piston destroyed, head is probably salvageable. Bought a new oem top end. I need to do the timing chain and get it to run, then sell this nightmare.
This is the 09 that will be getting TT swingarm, a arms, and custom lowered elkas. 
So I got this 05 honda above done today. Here are some pictures of the head when it decided a 3 valve would be better…

Seeing it all happened at idle it wasn’t horrible.
Got the heat exchanger job done after alot of swearing and a reminder of why I hate sleds.
It was much easier to pull the skid out with the sled on the side…after it decided to put itself there while I was under it…
I usually strap the sleds down to the lift arms but figured I would have the sled out of the way. Well lesson learned to always strap things down.
This was right in the spot the exchanger had the hole in it.
Seems like a big hole for JB Weld. Did it hold?
JB Weld didn’t hold, replaced the exchanger
Had someone call and tell me they had fluid all over the stupid kabota they bought. It was everywhere. Filled it with hydro fluid to find two different leaks in this area. Pictured is the hydraulic control for the bucket. One leak was a simple oring. The next the weld on the line actually cracked.
Selling last year’s backup/ race everything quad. Setting it back to stockish for the new owner.
The stock head had some not so great looking cam journals. Now that I’ve wet sanded most of my finger prints off… They look much better.

Took this out on the road today to play. The wheel/tire combo I removed was about 30-33lbs per corner and 25’’ tall
Now I’ve gone down to 18’’ tall and about 12lbs per corner. I can pull the front wheels at 45mph with no issue.
Still need more power…

I love the low stance and the weight and dia difference is huge. What does it top out at now?
Haven’t pushed it that far. I spotted 73 on the speedo. Not sure how accurate it is though.
