Pretty much. He purportedly said “I drove home from the bar” or something to that effect…giving the cops probable cause? IDK if he’s going to get off scott-free. Maybe community service in that case? Either way, since he’s a local hero he’s going to get special treatment, as we all know that’s the way the system works…

But they can’t prove whether he drank before or after he got home. I think that’ll be the sticking point.
