is it possible to upgrade laptop video cards? im assuming not…but just wondering.
yes. but its a bit more expensive. Your laptop first off, will need a mainboard that supports an upgrade, and secondly, most laptop vid cards are soldered in there to my knowledge. Therefore, generally not worth the $/effort. Just make sure the next laptop you buy, you choose the best gpu option for that model, then go cheapo elsewhere and upgrade those other components later if needed, as they are much easier (ram, cpu, hd etc).
