i am getting the bandwith exceeded message…I was pointing it out
“a lot of money to spend” is a loose term when in vegas.
I’m trying to remember my last visit and give you recommendations from that:
-Zumanity at NYNY
-Beetles Revolution at Mirage
-Terry Fator at Mirage
-Pen & Teller at the Rio
-Bodies Exhibit at the Luxor
Clubs:
-Tryst
-Pur
-Can’t remember the name…but it’s a top the Rio on the roof
-Tangerine
Places to eat:
All over is good food, but i like “Captial Grill” for steak
-buffet at Bellagio
Random things:
-Do the rides at the top of the stratosphere
-poolside to “rest”
-GAMBLE!
-1 day on the old vegas strip
-Full Spa treatment at the Bellagio
-get married
-Rent a Gallardo for the day
This is all i can think of at the moment… that’s all in 3 days, anything more then that burns me out. If you’re sleeping…you’re just wasting time.

blue man show at venetian is pretty good. if you’re going to do shows, as in more than one, go to a half price ticket stand, you’ll probably have to wait for an hour, but if you plan on a show or at least discounted dinner everyday, you don’t have to wait in line again, you go to the front of the line the next day. last time i went to vegas we went to like 4 shows. went on the haunted vegas tour, that was kinda neat, something different.
just check out all the different hotels, all of them have a different theme, some are a lot cooler than others. i like the luxor (pyramid one), bellagio, venetian is amazing. cool bars at the palms, wednesday and thursday are good nights for clubs, not totally crowded, sometimes free admission, sometimes drink specials, jet at the mirage was definitely awesome, got in free there on a thursday and scored some free drink passes from the promoter. don’t pay for vip nightclub passes, they’re a sham.
at least go to the top of the stratosphere, it’s an awesome view, and the rides will scare the shit out of you. if you go late at night, and it’s not busy, sometimes they let you ride for free if you pay for one.
if you like MEAT, go to this restaurant inside Hard Rock hotel shops called Pampas’, it’s a Brazillian steak house. Like 20 differents types of meet, all you can eat, served directly to you at your table. Awesome food, they have a nice salad bar too. You can get half price dinner there from that half price ticket stand, i think it’s like $20-$25 pp after the ticket price.
Other than that, just go out and explore. If you spend more than 4 hours a day in your room (including sleep) you’re wasting your trip. There is ALWAYS something to do in Vegas.

I caught that show about two weeks ago. It was a blast. Other then that I would say get in a car and drive to the hoover damn and go to the grand canyon. liked both better then vegas lol.
then you can take the DAMN tour.

Agreed just got back from vegas 3 weeks ago Rio buffet is a must and the pirate show they do every night. And got to love some of the casinos have live strippers y you play

Your list pretty much sums up what to do except its PURE night club and youre trying to remember Voodoo on the roof of the RIO. The only problem with clubs this time of year is that Vegas is DEAD. We went out for a bachelor party 2 weekends ago and it was night and day compared to late July - early August.
If you want to see a good show Dawn I recommend any of the Cirque Du Soleil shows except KA.
Also, downstairs at the RIO there’s a bar called McFaddens that is a pretty fun place to start your night off.

I saw “LOVE” in Vegas last year. If you like the beatles, thats the show to see. Walk the strip, you will find something to do, while taking advantage of not having any open container laws.
Man, I’m gonna be so bad ass walking around with my open container of… iced tea.

Unless there is some really awesome rad super fantastic occasion going on or something, I see no point. I barely even drank on my 21st birthday. Just to the point where I was giggly. So yeah, I guess I’ll have a boring time…
Gambling is still fun but the clubs are probably really boring unless you’re drinking. There are always a couple bands playing on the strip if you’re into that I can get you the names of the bands and what they play.
