So…I recently picked up a couple of these:

Install was easy…just had to get the mounting right. Well, it was finally dark out so I took some pics of the output. Here they are:

Yes, I know three of the LED’s in the trunk are out. I shorted out one of the segments when trying to install cause it touched the trunk metal (forgot to put electric tape between the trunk metal and the LED strip lol).

The LED reverse lights are from V-LEDs (search for vleds on ebay).

I’m going to have to recenter the license plate ones a bit more to the left. The dots on the plate are a reflection. The LED’s themselves are not visible unless you’re on the ground looking up at them.

Nice. I think i’ll get a set of those and do this to the GP. 4th brake light under trunk lid

No you won’t get stopped.

They look very similar to the new Lexus license plate LED’s which are just as bright. Mine are a LITTLE more blue though.

Also, last night a cop was behind me scanning my plates and ended up doing a u-turn cause he had nothing to pull me over for.

He doesn’t have 1157, 1156, 921, etc. in SMT (better than regular LED’s). That’s a killer.

I’m planning on reworking my turn signals, reverse lights, and corners with SMT’s (I have regular LED’s in there right now).

$50 per pair lol. But hey, I’m a looks whore, and LED’s really make a car stand out.
