I would deffenitly get one if it came to the US. I love Legacys
But the parts exist now and being that its mostly just suspension and visual upgrades, one could in theory buy a Legacy GT and spend $$$ to get most the STi parts imported. It wouldn’t be cost effective in any way, but nice none the less.
What a POS. Who would want a gorgeous agile technologically advanced sports sedan anyways? Definitely not Americans. We’d rather buy a Monte Carlo SS.
Anyways, theres always a good chance that they’ll bring it here in the next few years. The legacy GT did well, maybe not well enough. Japan and maybe Europe will get the STI anything first, and then the market will shift to the states. Kind of like cellphones these days.

theres rumors of the next impreza (08) being a hatch. Probably not though, no one knows anything about it yet.
