its a double edged sword. they are over paid and under paid… they got fucked up jobs but at the same time they sure like to talk on thier cell phones a lot… same with firemen… sit around all day, wash ur car, lift weights… sleep… but then gotta run into a burning house… its two extremes so it balences out in the end…
Here is the problem with state troopers that I see. A few years back my son’s boy scout troop went to tour the local barracks. Met a few officers, and asked some questions.
One of the questions was “what do you guys do while your sitting along the road waiting for speeders?”
Their answer was we all play PSP, most of us have a couple extra batteries…:rant:
I spend the majority of my work day playing on the internet with some bursts of work thrown in.
Imagine if the cops didn’t have the psp, they would be busting people doing 56 in a 55 all day long to pass the time.
