thats just one home…

there are dozens

frig… thats just ebay too.

you can get homes for $10k… or less.

that one above would be worth more than half a million in toronto… jesus shit that’s retarded…

you cant get a decent car for the price of two homes in Michigan…

yeah i know we are hearing all about it, but still. that is nuts

thats what happens when houses go into foreclosure.
i can pick up a $600 000 house in Florida for peanuts

Does that shit come with a free Glock n a vest?! They don’t play in downtown Detroit

But there is another reason to move to Michigan…

i just got back from ohio a few hours ago coming back from Cedar Point, i passed michigan and god is it ever so awful. tonnes of bums as well as loud crazy red necks roaming the streets at night. bing you wouldn’t want to live down there, trust me.

no healthcare system, expensive schooling, higher property taxes, and shit economy

plus, its michigan; i dont feel like being gangbeaten and shot

no thanks

guys, michigan is a conundrum. For every $10,000 home there is a $5,000,000 home.

GM, Chrysler, Ford and ALL of their Teir 1 suppliers are based in Detroit or just outside of it in Pontiac, Aubrun Hills, Woodward etc.

There are incredibly gourgeous and expensive neighbourhoods and tons of places to get good work if you are qualified.

The world is only a bitch for poor, stupid, ugly people…

lets turn this intp a real estate thread… i’d like to know where to research buying cheap properties in the US.

what limitations are there for non-residents to buy?

michigan is in the throes of the biggest recession the state has ever seen

people are losing jobs at an incredible rate

as sad as it is, the truthvis that the whole state - especially its infrastructure and its economy - is going to complete shit

Bing is right. Go to any of these neighborhoods outside Detroit, the kinda properties you cn only have wet dreams about…

  • Auburn Hills
  • Royal Oak
  • Grosse Pointe
  • Farmington Hills

hehe
we’ll see how many homes in auburn hills are in some state of foreclosure in 5 years after chrysler burns to the ground

windor’s unemployment rate is over 10% right now… i wonder what detroit’s is.

i’ve been to detroit, it was insane… skyscrapers completely abandoned, nothing but bums and degenerates on the main boulevards at 11am on a tuesday in the primary financial sectors.

LOL I’m sure they were saying the same shit in the late 70’s when Chrysler avoided bankruptcy back then LOL.

I just got back from Chrysler’s 4000 acre test facility, one of the most advanced in the world. If they are going down, someone better tell them cause they put on a display worthy of royalty for like 500 international jounalistos

I’m saving up my money and going to the U.S soon with some stacks

buy one of those houses and rent them out.

Michigan State Property Tax Estimator.

If you buy a $2000 home valued at $26,000. Depending on your county and city/town you’ll be paying around $500/yr for taxes.

we should actually all move to UAE…and somehow become citizens.

free education all the way through university,
free house when you marry.
long term no interest loans (so you can buy that veyron you’ve always wanted)
no taxes
gas is less expensive than water
etc.

sure you cant be seen in public with an unrelated female. who cares?
