Lexus IS-F

Did beck just bring drama back to nyspeed… indirectly???:mamoru:

:drama2:

no … scarier:

He tried to AVOID it. :gtfo::fuzzyfish:

PS, ISF is such a POS (and an overpriced one at that).

PPS, Dos, you got schooled by the ginger, just sack up and realize it, STFU and move on. :mamoru:

PPPS (is there such a thing), owner satisfaction and reliability surveys are such stupid benchmarks to buy a car on, it’d be like voting based on what the Polls said not how YOU felt.

Oh here comes MPD’s butt buddy dmoffitt to the rescue!!

So who is the bitch in your guys relationship?
MPD or dmoffitt?

:picard:

I’m talking about Toyota in general. I firmly believe that Yota’s are the best product available on the market today. Obviously not from a performance standpoint, but reliability and resale. Honda is also top notch.

dude, seriously? that’s your best comeback? because I watched him walk all over you in this thread and pointed it your now suddenly in your warped gay little mind we’re “like that” ?

weak.

if you were a 13 year old boy on xbox live, calling someone gay might be a thrill … :roflpicard:

don’t get me wrong I’d take a Toyota over anything American (except a used Vette, just for value vs $) but calling the IS-F a “sports car” is such a joke … it’s a luxo-barge at best and an overpriced underperforming one at that. It’s a fucking AUTO, but hey, at least it’ll be reliable while you’re pretending you’re vroom-vrooming around …

I’d rather have an IS250 and something else fun.

Dave, beck just wants to cruise, he doesnt goto the track and it makes sense. My problem with toyota as I’ve explained to him via PM is that they all feel sterile like they came from a lab and I know I wouldnt be happy with an IS-F having driven several other Lexus/Toyota models (basically everything in the range). I can’t stand the things.

Well dude… in his defense… is that not his car in your sig and yours in his???

You guys do seem to come to each others back on every single point.

Granted I may have the maturity of a 12 year old boy, but his response to your original insult was exactly what I was thinking lol…

The IS-F is damn well a sports car no matter how you cut it… Granted its design intent was obviously never for heavy track use, it still preforms way more than well enough to get its value out of it.

The new m3 appears to be a more superior driving machine, but when you weigh its value/performance/the OP’s intent of purchase… believe me, the two dont compare.

i never called it a “sports car”. I want an automatic. You’re missing my point. I’m not comparing it to anything, except itself. I’m not trying to track it, I’m not trying to make it fast. I want a comfortable, reliable DD, that isn’t going to give me a problem in 60k miles. I can get one dirt, dirt cheap, and throw myself into a loan with hardly any interest. I’m also looking at TL-S’s. I don’t want anything fun/fast. I want something large, luxurious, and has enough balls to get out of its own way.

I know the sterile feeling you’re talking about. I drive a different Toyota everyday.

Yaris on the thruway!

Can it beat a Jeep?

i would hate to pay for that just to see it sit in the garage…oh yea ill pass the news to mike that we pay u too much…hahaha

HAHA. Dude, I called your mom and shes like “Mike’s driving home.”

“Is he in the jeep?!”

“yes”

“thanks, gotta go”

wow i just realized that.
That is seriously some gay ass shit.

If it doesn’t need to be fast then why waste the money of the “F” part? Just snag an IS250/350

As a DD, lexus is one of my favorite cars.

<33333

Mike knows he makes me feel like a shooter. He told me saturday, that if I don’t make 100k/year in 2 years…“he’s going to take me out back and bitch slap me.” HIS EXACT WORDS.

Well then, why waste money on an IS250 and I’ll just go buy a corolla. :mamoru:

is250 is perfect for what you’re lookin for. refined, clean, nice lines, nice leather, nav, heated and air conditioned seats, and awd. so enjoy it in the winter.
