Scrap yards wont sell you a car 99% of the time. They make way too much money selling parts.
that and they have to hand the ownerships over to the ministry or some shit, at least this is what i was told
^ yea once a car goes to the wreckers and they decide it’s best to use it for parts the car can’t be “owned” again. The VIN goes obsolete and ownership can not be transferred.

i’m not scouring a wreckers… minimal effort will be put forth.
Newman will be building it and i assume will document the build.

oh ya the frame is not to bad and its close to drivable 
I have a parts hatch that is almost in running condition. it needs fenders, suspension,gas tank, and a ps pulley, other than that it’s good to go. I am willing to donate it to the cause if you’re willing to pick it up. It still has a michigan title as it wasn’t imported ever.
