Here is your solution, Get rid of Off topic all together (since you already got rid of E-fighting). Make a new rule, stating no Joking since the internet is too emotionless even with smilies), Any joking, off topic, or posts that don;t pertain to CARS ONLY (IE no more joke links, NSW videos, ETC), will be automatically deleted and continuation will result in a 1 day ban, followed, by a permaban.
There you go you have your 100% Car enthusiset board with ZERO drama.
PS maybe you can add somthing to the effect if you don’t have a car that at least hit 10 seconds in the quarter mile, you can lay frame for a mile while shooting sparks, have won XX number of shows, or have an operational value to the running of the PITTspeed Board, you are not even allowed on.
Whitey can start interviewing members first will proper documentation before letting others on the board. While doing that he can have them sign a sworn statement saying that they are aware he is not making any money on the board (because he is constantly being accused of it) so that drama doesn;t pop up later.
I think that will cover most every angle on your 100% drama free board.
It will also elimitate 75% of what whitey has accomplised…
