Little garbage problem in Naples

I think because we have soldiers over there, and even if Italy doesn’t care about the health of the millions of people in Naples we want to know if this is harming our people. That’s what it sounds like from the article anyway.

I just can’t believe any government in a modern country would let it get that bad. How can, “just let the shit pile up at the curb” be the only option?

Freight containers, barges, put it on a train to somewhere and pay them to take it, build an incinerator… anything other than just pile it up and let it rot.

It’s Europe.
Remember just a few years ago 11,000 people in France died from heat?
I will just add this to the list of reasons why Europe should STFU about the US.
