what gives the vandals the right to decide that their paint looks better than a plain white wall. Does it make it less of a crime just because they’re good at it? I understand your opinion that it “adds color” to a dreary part of town, but wouldn’t it have been better if they had asked to owner to paint it instead of just quickly rushing at night? Then they could’ve put some serious time into it and made it look 100x better.
The “RT” to the far left should be part of “HERT”.
The city of Buffalo and Elmood Village have been offering pretty decent bucks for the whereabouts of these guys. I’m just waiting for the reward money to go up. :snky:

here in philly they organize murals for “street artists” to paint, of course there is still grafitti around the city but the mural program has helped to decrease it by alot, and its cool to see the murals all over the city, there’s tons of them

there’s a bus tour you can take that goes to all of them and tells you what they’re about. When i get my new camera in june expect a thread with pics of a lot of them.

Stuff like that, and the Sonic = Art, stuff from the OP is vandalism plain and simple. Even the really artistic stuff, if you dont have permission to do it, you better be aware you will be prosocuted if it isnt yours. (as you should be).

and i beleive there are 9+ artist sig’s in black around the perimeter of the work
the quality of the work i must say is outstanding, i would need a compressor and a spray gun to do what they did with paint cans
