I met somebody while on bike trip who was hiking north on the Appalachian Trail that said, “I always have jobs that I could quit.” We thought she sounded pretty neat, but then we realized she was hiking 200 miles/month and to reach Katahdin in Maine by mid October she’d have to increase her mileage by a factor of two. And was going to risk not hiking the most beautiful part of the trail.
“I always go on long hikes that I don’t complete.”
I have used school buses and ambulances if anyone wants to do this
lol a whole new business opportunity!
Would be an interesting moto track hauler.
My great Uncle bought an old School Bus and drove it onto his hunting land and converted it into a makeshift cabin. Way cheaper than a camping trailer.
I may be interested, any AWD/4x4 vehicles?
I do have a 2001 F-450 4x4 ambulance with ~80k on it coming in in about 6 months. It’s got the 7.3L in it. This ones not cheap though, I need about $21,000.00 for it. It’s rare we get 4x4’s in on trade, mostly cutaways.
I’ll also be getting a 2006 or 2007 Chevy Kodiak C4500 6.6L 4x4 ambulance at the end of the year. It’s a tank. I’m guessing I’ll need high 20’s for that one.
What are you looking for, and how much are you looking to spend?
This looks like a van and not a truck but…
Quigley 4x4 conversion. F-series is the way to go.
