I was on the bike so I couldnt snap a pic, but I saw a SICK intrepid or stratus with dual air intake routed through the front fog holes in the bumper. Both intakes were actually in FRONT of the bumper. I almost wrecked the bike b/c I was laughing so hard.

I saw this the other day as well. The douchebag driver was trying to race me down Madison Ave from light to light.
