Anyone here have a Grand Am with the SLP catback in the area? I was hoping to get to hear one in person before I shelled out the $$ for it…
Or, for that matter, anyone here with a Grand Am and an aftermarket exhaust?

my buddy has an SLP cat-back on his GA with the 3400 in it. sounds hella mean! he lives in new york though. from what ive heard go for the SLP.
ive heard it, and think it sounds good. but i dont know anyone in the area with an SLP setup, or even aftermarket for that matter.
While we are one the topic of exhaust, should i buy all the pipes and whatnot on the internet and then have someone weld it all up, or should i just buy the muffler i want then go to a shop and have them do it.

Where did you go, what did you get done, how much was it. I want to go header back, to an apexi WS II muffler.

i used to have that exact exhaust on my 99 grand am. AIM me OnyxCamaroZ28. i’ll send em to ya. I also know of someone with a flowmaster 80 series. He lives in the North Hills.
