Btw the cracks are teh whole way though i just got that bumper yesterday and pulled it out of the box and thats what it looked like
Any body shop can fix that by re-enforcing it from the back. Fiberglass kits suck so hard

more to it then just reinforcing it from the back. sometimes you need to V groove it out and poor resin in it then use matting or mesh around the cracks to make it stronger.
