Looking to transport a truck from VT to Rochester...

The truck weighs 12,000lbs. There is stuff in the bed I don’t want to take out of the bed… but if there was another way of putting about 3500lbs of stuff somewhere else to get it all home in 1 load that would be fine.

The truck doesn’t move under its own power.

I don’t want to do it because I’d rather pay… or see how much it would cost.

If someone wanted to make some money, this could be a good opportunity for them. I’ll be looking into a flatbed too.

What size truck is it? There is a guy out that way who has delivered a couple cars for me, but not sure if he can handle 12,000 pounds. I can ask, but a picture of the truck or dimensions would help.

That’s a 5th-wheel trailer there for that weight… Wowza.

Good luck finding someone. The trailer/truck setup that I have only will support 7k.

Thanks. I got a guy who can do it with a flatbed for $750. If I end up needing it, he has the job.

I’ll be coming out to Rochester in June (if I don’t get an engineering job before then) for a Baja SAE race. I could haul some stuff around then if you needed in the jeep. I’m in Rutland, VT.

If you find a way to drive it, I will be in Burlington for a wedding at the end of June and headed back to Buffalo but can stop in Rochester since I will have someone following me.

I’m good guys, thanks though.
