On another forum, I often see people saying lost, and it annoys the crap out of me because I would say loss. Am I the idiot here? Wouldn’t the second be directed toward the dead, while the first for the person who lost someone? Most of my real life conversation is with an 11 month old so my grammar sucks these days.
