The Z06 is hot but I always thought Corvette’s were Mid-Life Crisis cars because most of the people you see driving them are older divorced men. But hey what do I know. The Z06 is hotness though

the thing about the z06 is that im not a fan of domestic cars, but i can swallow my pride on this one and say that the z06 CAN compete with any supercar out there, its ballz out fast and itCAN handle the twisties just like any other car. Its just insane, elise vs. vette??? ide have to drive em both to decide.

Good luck getting a 06 Z06. They are all sold and accounted for getting probably $10,000 more than sticker.
You’re a funny guy… as fast as Hondata’s and Forced-Fed’s cars were, I’m thinking the C6 Z06 would still smoke them in a straight line or on a road course. Read the Car & Driver article, and then also note the prices of those modded Elises…
Stock Elise vs. stock C5 Z06 is another story. They are very close in performance.
As for rarity, remember the the Elise is Lotus’ biggest sales success EVAR. It costs a little more than half of what the C6 Z06 does, and is very hard to beat for the price. How many are around WNY that we know of? I think we’ve seen at least four. Two are regular auto-xers (both red), one showed up and didn’t drive (also red), and I think somebody spotted a non-red one around here too. Then there are a couple of the older non-US legal ones around, too, like the yellow one in Rochester.
Neither of these cars will be easy to come by, but i am confident i could find either with enough effort.

The inside wheel is forced to spin more than it should on a smaller radius.
My old Quattros used to do that with the rear diff lock.

limited slip to me means that … it would limit the slip… during cornering. The tighter the LSD the less slip… this tire is obviously slipping.
So whats more gooder? A tight or loose LSD? Loose?
ya because you couldnt put a bottle, SC or turbo on a Z06 :roll:
