It limits the slip of the diff. not the tires.
A tight LSD is good for straight line traction because you don’t have the turning radius to contend with.
Tight turns (autox) may require a little looser LSD.

personally i’d take the elise… fun to have a mid-engine(i know) i mean to each there own but i would rather pull up to an intersection knowing the odds are much less of having the old guy next to me, who’s afraid to go past 30 mph, be in the same car as me.

I wouldn’t mind having either of these fine cars. To me the Z06 is the obvious choice. But the Elise is just something that would be so frickin’ cool to own and drive around during the summer. It would be hard to have to pick one. But if I had to, it would be the Z06 for sure. :tup:
