I sent a authorization to our security group. I may just pilot their mobile device stuff and save the effort. The app reads your notes file and pushes the events via the caldev service that google uses. Its pretty cool and there are a lot of people are using similar applications.

And there is no lotus notes login info required for the application to sync your calendar, just your google credentials.
