Low Blinker fluid?!

When I first start the car… I get this warning.

Obviously a light is out. so I check all the lights and its fine.

The left blinker however… blinks fast for a few seconds then the warning goes out.

The light works. I’m just not sure how what else to check at this point, it works after a few fast blinks (about 3 or 4 seconds worth) and its back to normal

low blinker fluid.

It’s actually a picture of a Yellow Jacket Bee, you must have one stuck on your blinker.

you need washer fluid

EDIT: also check your sidemarkers to see if both work.

I say a bulb has a filament that is only making contact at times.

Do you have HIDs or are you Halogen?

If hids, doubt the above post, if other might be true

only 6 bux pick sum up!

buy an older m3 and you won’t have that problem.

electrical short/gremlin somewhere.

Replace the bulb. Start with simple shit.

could be a short that clears up…(a connection starting to deteriorate.)

edit: i’ve had this happen before. the wires or connections are starting to erode and work occasionally, causing irregular functionality of lights.

just a thought.

Yea that’s the only thing I can think of. But I can just literally shut the car off and turn it back on and it does the same thing.

Idk I’ll change the bulb and see what happens

i was having trouble with both of my tail lights recently (bmw said it was a common problem with the e46). the bulbs were fine, it was the connection that went bad.

That’s the indicator for fog lights in BMW. The beams are pointing downward.

^ I have the same problems with my tail lights, its hit or miss. Its a problem with the grounds corroding on the tails, I dont know what the issue is on the corners

I don’t think many cars come with HID turn signals

Your car was in an accident and the wires are broken, now corroded.

x…

haha i thought this meant u were out of blinker fluid… i hate when i run out of blinker fluid
