my dad put Pergo in his office… it’s a lot nicer than I expected, and i really don’t expect to live in this house for more than 5-7 years.

depends on what the ordinances are and its different in different parts of the town. You can’t just throw stuff up.
Example, on my side of town, I have room to build a nice big detached two car garage, yet I can;t because of the zoning area I’m in all garages have to be attched to the house.
Another Example, On my dad’s side of town there fence has to be 4 foot off the property line unless you get a varience though the planning commission. On my side I can put the fence right on the line, yet I had to go through all the stuff with the planning commission to get a varience to cut down the required 5 foot buffer form the propertly for any perminate structures (IE Open Carport I am eventually going to build.) I got a varience to cut down the buffer to 1.5 feet.
I’ll feed you dinner, complete with alcoholic beverage, if you fix my humidifier on my furnace so that it works. 
I can’t remember if it just needs hooked up or not, but I know it’s very dry in my house. (gotta clear it w/ hubby first… too)
Let me know. I can always send a guy out to look at it, if for some reason the humid can’t be fixed, then we can get a brand new one for $330 installed.
It needs replaced and thats kind of high. Decnt Humidifiers that I was looking at were about 178.00 (Give me a min I can’t think of the name, lapse in memory).
Thats just the humid purchase… I’m talking humid+tax+install. If you want to buy just the humidfier and install it yourself, I can get you one for well under $178 if your interested.
Brands your thinking of should be either Honeywell or Aprilaire, I wouldn’t sell or install anything less.

well, i was at the house four times in 24 hours… had a contractor there, my mom there, and my girlfriend there, and no one can give me a single reason not to buy it… so I’m going to take it.
I’m hoping to have it before the end of the month.
