i think LT1s r good engines. atleast i was impressed w/ how my vette ran. im not saying it was the fastest thing ever, but i definatley think it ran well. LS1>LT1, yes. but LT1 still isnt a turd.

Why must we hate on LT-1’s… Granted the LS-1 is a better design, but it is not hard to get 400hp out of a LT-1 or a regular SBC but you cant get exotic parts like aluminum block and composite intakes like the LS-1 for the same price . The LS-1 is the new hotness and everybody is on its dick because everyone is afraid to get there hands dirty to make what they have comparable so :v8killer:

im with you…i like the LT1!!! my first camaro had one!!! and it is a great motor…like u said…its easier to get power out of the LS1!!! but i still will always give props to LT1’s…look what jeffs car ran!!! thats soo sweet!!
If it didn’t have that damn optijunk i’d consider one. I keep seeing lt1 camaros popping up all over the place.
