what a fag.
:shifty
what a fag.
:shifty
Coming from the guy that just has to floor it and drop the clutch…awd fuck ;D :tong
oh come on, you just got out. plus you went to CBA cant have fun there… ive been out for a while now and i look back to highschool and realize how stupid i was then, but how much fun i had.
making a couple passes wont damage all of those parts, unless youre buying some really ghetto replacement parts
Yea, looking back id go back to HS for awhile, alot simpler back then lol.
no they’re already fukx0red, that’s what I mean…diff nose bushing=cracked
couple good launches and that bolt will bend and snap, making for a costly repair…pretty sure my subframe bushings and the other rear end bushings are ok, but the driveshaft center bearing is pretty fucked too.
So until that shit’s fixed I’m exercising some self control :sad
And i have oem replacement center bearing and flex disc, and as soon as i get the cash I’m buying new diff output seals, and TMS’s solid diff bushing package (aluminum ear bushings, delrin nose bushing) I’m also strongly considering drilling out the threaded casing on the diff to accept a larger nose bolt with a nut instead of having it threaded into the casing.
do work.
fine I will rephrase, high school at cba sucked my balls.
ive been outta high school 2 yrs and boy did i do alot of shit wrong lol
absolutley outrageous.
No offense but your wrong. I’ve seen many fast american muscle cars turned into track cars, GOOD track cars, it’s all in the set up. Do’nt assume because you own a big american car it’s only good for drag racing or if you own a honda civic it’s only good for handling. If you have the money you can have whatever you wan’t. Like rodney king once said…hahahaha. BTW I wen’t to C.B.A. back when it was still by the Albany law school. I rode the city bus…no burnouts out back. :lol
School bus burnouts! Ive seen many a Foxbody tearin up the road courses, and the new body style(05-08) is doing very well in the GT class(they race with the porsches and bmws)
Street launches are easy -> Launch off the rev limiter
Track is a bitch -> Launch off the rev limiter to avoid bog and then feather clutch/throttle to avoid wheel spin/bog
that sucks…
Everything has a pro/con
i launched at 4400rpms the other night… no bog… no spin… just hook n go… (although that stock turbo sti pulls like a fuckin freight train…
Ok i got a question for ya, do you just hold it @4400, or bounce it? Looked like ya hooked nice
i was bouncing it slightly… maybe a 2-300rpm jump
A lot of turbo guys bounce the RPMS to spool the turbos. The problem is you typically want to launch on the upswing of the rev so your RT might suffer.
