Subframe connectors tie the front subframe to the rear frame on the car.They are unibody cars that dont have a full frame.The connectors are a good thing to have they keep the body from twisting.The control arms are probably boxed in giving them more strenth and the panhard bar is kind of like a sway bar.

The rear end is the weak link in the camaro. You will destroy the rear before any other drivetrain part in the car. Most come with a posi from the factory.
If you start making real power you will take out the rear eventually. It sounds like you won’t be modifying the car too much, and that car seems to be set up pretty nice to be a better handling version of a stock camaro. So I’d say go for it!

Ya they offer a conversion but idk if I want to do that. I dont think that the porsche would handle the power that well
