I know I’m a few days behind, but I’m sure I’m not the only one wondering - What now?

Mininova

Mininova, the largest torrent site on the Internet, has removed all torrents except those that were uploaded through its content distribution service. Mininova’s founders took the drastic decision after they lost a civil dispute against Dutch anti-piracy outfit BREIN, and were ordered to remove all infringing torrents from the site.

Who’s using what now, back to IRC networks or private torrent sites?

All I use is IRC networks, Private Sites and Newsgroups.

Newsgroups are all that is left. Since last week anyway. That is all I have been able to find.

I was wondering what had happened to Mininova. I used that one a few times. I only DL music and Wii games mostly, and alot of people rip that and put it on Megaupload and hand out the password, thats my deal.

Anyone that has invites to private sites, LMK.

For every tracker that’s taken down by the RIAA, another two start. They are fighting a battle that cannot be won.

not recently you havent, that bitch is shut down and EVERYONE and there mother came to piratebay.

Thats the ONLY torrent site I use. Every other torrent site I go to, I get infected w/virus’ and malware. So far so good with Isohunt.
