It probably wouldn’t take much effort to make some bank on assault charges. Even though the video doesn’t show the beat down, it obviously wasn’t self defense and yes, it is illegal to administer you’re own personal punishment to someone in a parking lot regardless of how they damaged or defaced your possessions.

And the MMA shit is so stupid. Who isn’t MMA training right now? And no, it doesn’t make you a badass and it doesn’t give you a license to kick the shit out of people outside of the gym.

The MMA fighting is the only reason this kid can get jammed up… He can say self defense and get away with it, but the fact that hes a licensed fighter fighting a civilian can get you FUCKED.

A car accident is a forgivable situation, this clearly isnt… Cant really compare the two.
