Man is defiant at a border patrol checkpoint

What pisses me off are all the illegals pouring over the boarder that automaticly get rights as if they were American citizens. I am not prejudice. I have NOTHING against anybody who wants to come to the USA to better their lives. but DO IT LEGALLY OR GTFO!! It is a fact that all illegals contribute to crime. Don’t agree…is it not a crime to be here illegaly?

what is to say there isn’t someone in his trunk forcing him to do this shit? you just don’t know.

truth.

I don’t think BP gets the respect they deserve. They are given an incredible responsability.

Seriously?

Remember, They let him go because he was right. We as Americans allow people to take away our freedom rather easy.

You realize that over 90% of the people driving the load vehicles are “any tom dick or harry” aka average white americans right?

Its not as simple as a mexican driving a car is illegal…

Also, realize these checkpoints aren’t randomly thrown out there like darts at a map…these checkpoints are in areas where smuggling is the worst, and that area isn’t always the middle of the desert. We raid plenty of stash houses in the “nice” areas of the city.

Its a war against CRIMINALS…if those criminals happen to be American people, then so be it and they will get what they have coming…

Guilty until proven innocent.

They have these checkpoints outside of Tuscon, I have been though them several times.

There should just be “the great wall of the US” along the whole border, with motion activated surveillance and alarms. Make it tall enough that it can’t be scaled, and have a deep enough foundation that it can’t be tunneled. Maybe a moat with angry crocodiles in it. Post 2 or 3 points of entry where you can legally traverse to the other side. Basically, if we just pretend that mexico is full of zombies and act accordingly, we’ll be all set.
Then the need for a 100 air-mile zone of searching wouldn’t be needed (as much).

I think BP is a great thing. It’s just unfortunate that the BP officers are, in fact, human, and therefore there will be some that abuse their assigned power.

Jeg… You can’t even spell border correctly.

Fucking Americans.

I dunno if you read the article I posted, or if this is just a typical answer from someone who’s job depends on prohibition.

The Prohibition on drugs (cleverly declared a “war” by President Nixon in 1970) has failed to meet a single one of its stated goals. After four decades and a trillion tax dollars, after 39-million arrests for nonviolent drug offenses, after quadrupling our prison population to 2.3 million, drugs today are cheaper, more widely used and more potent than they were when I began buying them as an undercover officer at the beginning of this fruitless effort.

It is the government who are the criminals here. The cartels south of the border and the violent gangs in our urban cities exist because of this failed policy. And the actions of law enforcement to carry out this policy has done nothing but promote the influx of guns and drugs in this country, increased the violence and wealth of the people who move and sell them…including terrorists, and filled our prisons with nonviolent drug offenders. I understand you are just doing your job…but you are a pawn of this failed policy and your job directly effects peoples lives. So don’t hop up on your soap box and preach how the American people should just roll over and accept what you are doing. Not all of us believe what you are doing is right.

^That is why I don’t want to argue with JDMR2. I am sure he is a good guy, doing his job as required by the Feds.
This problem is sooo deep and complicated…

So why aren’t you and the guy from the vid going to your congressional office and complaining there instead? If you so strongly believe that we should just legalize everything and open up our borders THAT’S who you need to be arguing with, not the guy who’s job it is to enforce the laws we have.

I don’t agree with the 290 being a 55 zone but I’m not going to argue with the cop over it if I get pulled over. The fact remains that it is a 55 zone and it’s his job to enforce that law.

Homework: Print this picture out and circle the one that creates the laws. That’s the one people should be complaining to, not the guy out trying to enforce our immigration laws.

Fuck police

This spoiled little bitch has donated money to lobbyist groups, signed petitions and written letters to my representatives. And if protesting unjust government policies were not effective then non-whites would still be riding the back of the bus, woman would not be able to vote, and gays wouldn’t be able to get married…oh wait. This guy has made more progress with this one video than he ever could dealing with congress. Its not the voice of one but the voice of many that change policy. Protesting is the American way to rally the troops.

The actions at these border check points would be like getting pulled over on the 290 for going 55. No one being interrogated by border patrol has knowingly broken any law when they are stopped. That is what is unjust and that is exactly what the guy in this video is protesting. One persons “spoiled little bitch” is another persons freedom fighter.

JayS is soo mad.

The front fell off.

Props for taking some of his power back.
“Patriot” act and other stuff is just another advancement in the government overstepping it’s bounds and taking away our freedom. Anytime they say they are doing something to “protect” our freedom, that translates to taking away our freedom.

This has nothing to do with the patriot act. The border patrol has been setting up checkpoints long before 9/11. I can remember going through them on Rt 37 near Ogdensburg, NY as a kid and I’m in my 30’s.
