Just because COMP sells cams, doesn’t mean they’re any good at specing them. that cam will work, in that it will open and close the valves, but it is in no way even close to a good working cam.
It’s not lift you need to worry about, it’s duration. Esp duration below .200 lift. That’s when the valves are in closest proximity to the pistons. by the time you reach max lift, the piston is quite a distance away.
