If it is child porn, You have a much larger battle on Your hands. Go after EVERY DIAPER, JnJ, SHAMPOO, LIFE INSURANCE, & FOOD commercial that peddles infant & toddler products. There sure is alot of bare ass & little bittie titties in those PRIMETIME commercials.
So, You approve of casting an EIGHT year old as the child star of a KIDNAPPING movie? No, thats not traumatic at all. Trapped (2002)
So You approve of casting an EIGHT year old as a child in a movie where aliens are invading her family? Nope, that shouldnt affect a kid that young. Taken (2002)
Oh, Hey, Look… You must approve casting a TEN year old child as the star of a kidnapping movie AGAIN… this time in Mexico of all places. And the HERO/father figure die’s. Noooo, this wouldnt affect a kid at all right? Man on Fire (2004)
So You approve of casting an ELEVEN year old as a child star in a movie where she is the prey for a psychotic father figure? Nope, I cant see ANY scars coming from that… Hide and Seek (2005)
Key points here:
1.)The kid is destined to have long term problems. She is a child star, and has been the star of a few “not for Disney” plots. Child actors with this kind of resume do not have the best long term mental health records.
2.) I dont know about You, but when I was 12, nearly 13, years old, I had a pretty good idea of what sex was. NOWADAYS, kid’s are fucking at alarmingly young ages. Does this justify a rape SCENE IN A MOVIE? No, but is that scene going to harm this kid? Well, probably less then an EIGHT, NINE, TEN year old would be affected by pretending to have father figures killed; being abducted; being the prey of a viscous psychopath.
3.) Is it child porn? No. Could You convict a person for starring as the agressor in a snuff film for Murder & Rape? No. Why? Because it’s a film.
