There was a tubbed '81 Benz convertible with a smallblock at the Syracuse Nationals last year. Looked sick and definately not an everyday sight.
As far as my car goes the motor is on a stand now and all the parts (heads, cam, intake, etc) should be on it with in a week and then its gonna go in the car.
With any luck the car will be running in a few weeks.
