So MGMT is nothing new(yet for some reason no DJ in phila. or NYC has heard of them), but i finally decided to buy the fkn CD instead of youtubing it whenever i wanted to hear it.

Both albums are great. Time to Pretend EP is basically the same as Oracular Spectacular, but it has 3 songs on it that didnt make it to the mainstream O.S. 2008 album.

overall these are some pretty good tunes. i would highly recommend the albums to anyone who likes to drive fast to loud music(when safe obviously) but it is GREAT roadtrip music.

i saw them 2 years ago at the ballroom with of montreal and grand buffet and it was by far the best concert i have ever been too

dj on sirius has been calling them “management” for a while, so that’s what i go with.
heard some time ago, shazam’d it on the iphone while driving and d/l’d later on itunes.

They originally went by the name ‘Management’, but found out later on that there were several other bands with that name, so they switched it to MGMT. I’m guessing you can call them either.

And they fucking rock.
