Good luck finding a clean 7.3 around here… I have been looking for months and have come up with nothing clean. All those trucks from Houston are sweet. You can’t go wrong with the square body. The drive from TX would suck so bad lol.
Houston is a 24 hour drive roughly 1500 miles. Same as Florida for the most part but a better drive. I’ve personally done the trip a few times and so has my wife. Quit you sissy lolly gagging.
On the way home you can hit so many cool stops. (Memphis, Nashville, Bowling Greens, etc etc)
There is NOTHING like a clean ass rust free 20 year old car.
One way flight is about $100-$150 bucks and you’ll drop another ~$200 in fuel. So worth it.
my friend has one he may consider selling. 97 f250 long bed regular cab. Banks tranny program (better for heavy loads, saves the trans) finned aluminum trans pan, new glow plugs & relay, full maintenance has been done. It’s been maintained as a fleet vehicle it’s entire life. Southern car, from VA. He probably wants somewhere in the 5-6k range (will only sell if he buys a new truck, which he’s trying to do).
btw that e30 now has an s50, zf trans, ss header, lsd, h&r sport with bilstein sport suspension, leather sport interior, etc. Will be for sale by wednesday or so, $6,800 obo for anyone who sees that and is interested lol
