4" QTP electric Cutout, summit p/n QTEC40, never used. Just so buyer is aware it is listed as a 4" cutout, but the blade measures about 3 3/8" the flange is 4". $195 in Summit, sell for $150.

wheel studs for a mustang?

Same thread size, but you will have to measure the knurl size needed on your current rotors. I didn’t measure this, and they did not fit. I didn’t have stock rotors though.

Not like a bimmer, you would install these through the back of your hub. Never broke a wheel stud huh?

I think he was asking if they are for a mustang not questioning wheel studs on a mustang.
