Fuck that, no offense to law enforcement but in a situation like this you need military, especially with the city on lockdown, they have a lot more training and experience in this type of situation. Bring in the damn Marines for christs sake and kill that son of a bitch.

I hope they don’t kill him just so that they can put him in a little box and torture him until he reveals all of his information/ motives etc.
