the Cf i provided was cut into strips by a previous hack attempt at it, the guys i am using now did up a few prototypes using what i had.

the black one is fibreglass.

josh? T-up? T-down?

what car is this for ?

im gona guess 240.

sick lip man. that CF looks nice

ah yea, that would fit a chuki s13, wouldnt it ?

duh on my part

i just pooped myself.

thats what im saying guy

No offense but I think it looks like shit. I thought this looks like a " How to". the weave is all messed up. Not symmetrical at all. Just my opinion though.

if you read what he said in the original post, the material that was used had been hacked up by other people trying to make something of that quality, this is only a prototype. looks like great quality to me, i’m sure they can do wonders with one piece of c/f to make it symetrical.

^Read it but I had a few beers in me. Not bad.

Need to see it on the car, but I’m sure it will look great

Heh, I wondered why you were running around with the regular part at the meet. Lookin good bing.

I did have a CF one at the meet but it had some flaws in it so i didnt really show it around too much.

This one is a later attempt to make it work and came out much much better.

There are still some flaws but they are in the pictures there so you can get an idea of how small they are.

yeah this lip was made with several small sheets of CF cloth, in the future it iwll be made with just one big sheet so that there are no seams in the weave.

looks good. id rock one if i could find/fund a 240 shell

with what little experience i have with the stuff, that looks like some quality work! its not easy to do the tight corners and multiple angles without distorting the weave. looks great to me

Make sure you paint that shit, thats true jdm:cool:

they are not going on my car… but if i do put cf flares on over teh winter i am definately NOT painting them…lol
