Moisture?

So recently my daily/beater (1990 Toyota Corolla) has been acting up in the AM. It likes to stutter/misfire after it has been running for about 5 minutes and continues too until its almost up to temp, I have cleaned the IAC Valve and that did not solve the problem either. Which is why I was thinking it may be getting moisture in somewhere.

Last year I had this problem and cleaned the IAC Valve and replaced the cap/rotor/wires and it went away.

Since I have cleaned the valve already is it possible that the cap/rotor is getting moisture? I see no signs of cracks where moisture could get in though.

And like I said this only happens in the morning anytime I drive the car in the afternoon or later no issues at all, runs as smooth as can be.

Any other ideas?

Coolant temp sensor

Ya use a cheap cap/rotor? Or cheap wires ? Sounds like ign breakdown homey
