I attended a Town meeting about this track. At that time, maybe 4 years ago(?), the proprietor had an interesting sell: No bikes, ever!, No spectators, No “Races”. Only private clubs, for practice and “tuning”…

I honestly don’t know, the track’s layout is like a touge circuit; cliff on one side and rocks on the other. From that video, it does not look like there is a lot of runoffs.
The elevation change is awesome. I really like the “corkscrewesque” turns.
This is an interesting question. From what I saw at the meeting, people were highly opposed to any track that supported motorcycles, but many folks seemed to have starry eyes and dreams of NASCAR in their heads when speaking about cars…
