Motorcycle dyno shop?

Anyone know of a place that does motorcycle dynos and has the ability to re-jet a Suzuki GS500E?

I think road rash in irwin has a bike dyno. Not 100% sure though. Might want to try them

I’ll ask at work today for ya. my boss is taking his Ducati in for tuning because he has some wierd “vibration” at 135-140 (he tracks it so i suppose it’s a big deal)

There is a shop in Imperial, Pa Distefano’s cycle. He has a dyno and a machine shop. He was also the lead engineer for Ducati and is currently works for Moto guzzi.

Uh oh. What are you up to now?

road rash does not have 1…

but i “think” i heard that Hybrid can do bikes on there dyno

i think north gate has one

PM sight and sound. i remember he had his bike dynoed

maybe GMS is U-town 724-438-0738

Yeah I had my bike done at Gattos In Tarentum after I put on my full exhaust, PCIII and Filters. The price was very reasonable and the guy doing it was cool. I can’t think of his name right now.

Thx all ya’ll!

Have you checked out www.gstwin.com? Re-jetting isn’t the most difficult thing to do (taking the carb apart)…I have a 1992 GS500E LMK how it works out for you…

I indeed have that great site bookmarked and have read all the threads about jetting…but nothing beats dyno tuning for putting the bike exactly where it’s supposed to be. I want the thing to stop fouling plugs, and I want it running at it’s peak a/f/r as much as possible.

Is your GS500E a dark red, saw one today in oakland with gstwin sticker on the powdercoated frame…looked to be newer then mike like 95-ish

Nah, like a Honda Milano Red. I don’t travel around Oakland most days, either. I wonder who that was?

Valley cycle in East McKeesport has a dyno also since we’re making a list.

I remember denis talking about tuning his bike on the dyno out there so i guess they could

I’ll have to talk to Hybrid. Some other projects will require tuning, so I may just reserve an entire day and do the bike and car when ready!

yes i verified it with Eric last time he was up here and he said yes they can Dyno bikes

SWEET!
