wait, is 92mr2 actually black?

Joe’s from Nigeria, Eric.

Anytime I go to the theaters I always remember when I went as a kid and my dad would talk about how he used to be an usher and make people shut up, get out or fill in the empty seats in a crowded theater. “Today” he would say “they are to kind in here.” or words to that effect.

I chuckled at the last line:

“And because the crowd, which had been well-behaved to that point, was “90 to 95 percent” black, some felt it was racist because it implied that blacks did not know how to behave in a movie theater.”

So either they smelled an opportunity to make money or were upset that the staff called their bluff and gave them a stern warning right off the bat before they could ruin the movie? If they weren’t doing either of the former, then what would it have mattered to recieve the warning.

Actually in some bad movies, the commentary from the peanut gallery is the best part.

Guys, I’m from Guyana.

you never saw a 280lb 6’2" black man ripping around in the lotus? thats him
