www.vcdquality.org will show you any release in the scene and also a image of the quality.
Also, I am surprised no one said it yet but NewsGroups are the best way to download. Usenetserver.com offers 14/month access and you can almost always max out your connection. For really paranoid people, they even have encrypted access. It takes a little bit to get used to it and how its setup and its not free but its the best and safest way to download anything.
You know, I tried usenet once before and never had any luck finding anything. Want to PM me some info on that? Like what groups you use, what reader etc?
