who the fuck uses itunes… it sucks…

foobar2000 for playing music in windows

how is foobar? Ive heard of it but never bothered trying it. Im using WMP

the people that use itunes are the people that own an ipod and havent found songbird.

songbird can’t do album art, not on linux at least

i know it does on windows.

I have used pretty much all media players. The orignal Music Match Jukebox (pre Yahoo) was the best IMO. I tried foobar and couldn’t figure that shit out. I use foobar however for extracting from .cue files. WinAmp was decent but it wouldn’t add all my music even after I tried manually adding the folder. I haven’t tried songbird yet I might give that a go. iTunes does have a lot of flaws (no watch folders) but I like the interface and how it will automatically download most album art, which is a huge “selling” point.

Uhhh??? Its always been able to do album art

on linux it cannot handle album art or an ipod touch/iphone

Seriously foobar is the best windows playing program… I’m really pissed its not on mac :frowning:

Yeah invite only.

What.cd you also have to maintain activity and a good ratio or you get the boot from what I hear. IIRC they do a lot of Lossless stuff.
